Q – When will v-tweeter support video through the telephone network?
A –The telephone network in the US does not currently support video, therefore, we are in the process of securing a location outside the US, so it won’t be long.

Q – How can I view video now on the internet thru my mobile phone?
A – If your mobile phone has internet access/service, once you receive a text message, click the link in the text message and your mobile phone’s internet browser should open up, from which you can view the video.

Q – What type of voice and video file extension does v-tweeter support?
A – Currently v-tweeter supports the .wav file extensions, but support for more video file extensions are coming soon.

Q – Why am I not receiving updates on my mobile phone?
A – Sign in to Twitter, go to Settings/Mobile, select “On” from the pull down menu of the “Device Updates”, and click “Save”. Also, make sure you have a text plan in place with your telephone service provider.

Q – Can I make suggestions on how to make v-tweeter better?
A – Absolutely, by either sending us an e-mail at info@v-tweeter.com or clicking the “Contact” link at the bottom of the website. We love to hear suggestions from our v-tweeters.

Q – How long can a voice or video message be?
A – You can record up to two minutes (120 seconds) of voice or video, so get creative.

Q – Why doesn’t v-tweeter recognize my registered number when I call in?
A – In some instances (typically international), the telephone service provider may not pass the country code along with your number. We are working everyday to minimize this issue.

Q – Can I register multiple mobile numbers with a single v-tweeter User ID (e-mail)?
A – No, there can be only one v-tweeter ID associated with a mobile number. However, you can register multiple mobile numbers (each with its own v-tweeter User ID) and link them to a single Twitter account.

Q – Who can I contact regarding a potential copyright infringement?
A – Send an e-mail to copyright@v-tweeter.com and include in as much detail why you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement. Also, make sure to include definitive proof showing that the work in question is copyrighted and that you are the legal owner of the copyright.

Q – Will v-tweeter be adding more country-specific numbers which I can dial?
A – Yes, we will be adding more numbers in the near future.
